David Thorpe left some pretty big boots for the Iron Savages to fill. Raiders and Responders never got along and Charleston is a wasteland monument to what happened the day of the Christmas flood. Time will tell when the Iron Savages are done with Joel. There isn't much room in the wasteland for dear hearts and gentle people anymore.
