But I've been finding much better gear since getting Lucky Charm to 5, which often includes stuff with a lot of +HP and/or +resists, so I might respec out of con later on if I'm tanky enough to drop the shields. I think allowing all my characters to equip shields and avoiding the one-shot kills during tougher fights makes con a win for me - at least for now. Then again, it has its merits to not being oneshot as easily and a few points being required for shields. Con is less useful than Wits on Tactician imo, as you will often find yourself chain CC'ed once your armor is gone and bonus damage is always nice.

YMMV, of course, but I find myself needing damage stat, con, and memory far more than wits for my characters on Tactician.
